Dispatch time: Jewellery Pieces listed as in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Please allow up to an additional 1-5 working days of processing time for your Letter Stamped pieces.

If a piece is not in stock, you can still order it, but should usually expect a delay before dispatch of up to 2 weeks as these pieces will be made to order. However, please allow up to 6 weeks in rare circumstances.

Feel free to contact me if an item is not in stock (made to order), and you would like a better idea of when it will be available

Delivery time (UK Orders): Shipping within the UK is included in the price and is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Monday-Friday) to guarantee you piece of mind when you make a purchase from Elouise Makes!

Delivery time (International Orders): All International orders are posted by Royal Mail Signed/Tracked. Please allow 6-8 weeks after dispatch for your order to arrive. On the rare occasion that your order doesn’t arrive, I will do our best to locate your missing parcel. Sadly I cannot refund you or post out a replacement until I receive either the missing item or the compensation from Royal Mail. The customer is responsible for Customs/Import Charges.

Insurance: Royal Mail only provides insurance for UK, the EU, and the USA/Canada. If you make an international purchase from a country not listed above, you purchase may not be insured. Unfortunately this is out of my hands – I will not be able to refund or replace your purchase if your order goes missing or is damaged in transit.

Returns Policy

If you choose my letter stamping service on any of my collection pieces, I regrettably cannot accept returns of pieces for a full refund. If you want to return an item that has been letterstamped, please contact me before purchase to discuss.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Buyer pays return postage. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for loss by courier, so I advise customers to return using insured services.

Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are made BACs transfer and only issued if the item is faulty.
  • Refunds are only issued once the item is returned at the cost of yourself and not Elouise Makes.
